Product was great, brand new in the package. Price was the best I found on the internet. My only comoplaint would be the instructions on the back card of the package on how to program the remote. They were not too clear and I still had to go online and find detailed instructions for programming.

I was surprised at the ease with which it was put into use. I did it myself from the directions on the package. My original one which I had installed three years ago, is still working but I needed a spare since my daughter is now also using the car.

We bought this to replace a broken one. Amazon's price was much less than our local auto accessory shops were quoting. Once we received it, a friend synced it to our car in less than a half hour.
